Consulting helps your business understand requirements, assess performance, plan improvements and prepare evidence. Independent verification, where required, is performed by an appropriately accredited verification agency. Beyond Compliance provides consulting and verification-readiness support.
Do I need a B-BBEE consultant every month?
Not every business needs monthly consulting. An ongoing arrangement can be valuable when your business has a complex scorecard, transformation targets or recurring verification requirements. We can help assess whether once-off or monthly support is more appropriate.
Can you help us improve our B-BBEE level?

Does every business need a SANAS verification certificate?
No. Depending on the applicable code, business classification and ownership, some businesses may qualify to use prescribed sworn affidavits or eligible CIPC-issued documentation. We help assess the appropriate documentation route for your business.
Can you help if our verification date is approaching?
Yes. We can assist with a readiness review, evidence organisation and administrative preparation. What is achievable depends on the time available, documentation quality and requirements of the appointed verification agency.
Do you assist with sector-specific B-BBEE codes?
We can review the applicable sector framework and establish an appropriate consulting scope. Any assessment or improvement plan must reflect the requirements relevant to the client.
